Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox, undamaged.
- Accessories and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Customer Support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you prefer an exchange, please specify the desired item and size when contacting Customer Support. We will ship the exchange item to you once the original item is received and processed.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference. If the exchange item is of lower value, you will receive a store credit for the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Support within 3 days of delivery.
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged/defective item and ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
